The scroll painting has been later framed and glazed, the silk brocade borders are laid over the top of the edges of the silk image, there is minor light staining in areas of the image and below the larger carps tail there is a hole with a patch silk repair behind it and it is coloured in to match, only noticeable when you are standing close, otherwise in reasonable condition.
