A 19th century South Seas sperm whale tooth tabua, 19th century, with pierced holes to each end, lacking string, 18.5cm long, complete with CITES Cert. No. 594935/01

The tooth is of good colour and patina, there is some very slight chip losses on the open end and one of the holes is broken through to the edge and it has been re-pierced for use.
This lot cannot be exported outside of the E.U.
