Oil on canvas in honest untouched condition, canvas remains tight, stretcher marks showing particularly top left and right, a fine but stable craquelure running through much of the paint, paint would benefit from a clean, one tiny dented hole near the white sailed boat just left of centre, signed lower left, housed in probably the original gilt gesso frame which has suffered a number of small losses.
