It looks to be in good original untouched condition. Under glass, paint a little dirty with a merest hint of flaking showing in the extreme centre where one tiny speck of paint is missing and there is sign of some fine craquelure. Housed in the original moulded gilt frame, which is a little dirty with some splitting and chipping, old picture framer's label verso.
