Oil on canvas cleaned and relined perhaps 10 - 20 years ago, canvas still good and tight, but paint would benefit from a gentle clean, a fine but stable craquelure showing through much of the sky but not elsewhere, monogrammed and dated lower left, in an original gilt frame which matches 1172 and 1163, a photograph of the title on the back has been stuck to the back by the restorer.
