Ivory looks to be in stable condition with no sign of splits or cracking, perhaps a very slight cracking in the black paint details of his coat notably the edge of the collar, some fine dirt but most of this appears to be on the glass rather than the work itself, housed in probably the original papier mache which is in fair order.
