Watercolour on buff paper which has probably discoloured to some extent. Colours a little faded but still fair. A few dirt and fox spots throughout. More notably a discoloured band running approx. one inch around the image - this is probably from it once having a larger mount that covered more of the work.
Grubby card mount and an old gesso frame with some losses.
