Oil on canvas relined, cleaned and restored 10 - 20 years ago, canvas remains tight, paint look s alittle dirty and would benefit from a light clean, signautre and date are lower left, slightly hidden in the brown of the waves, later ornate gilt scroll frame in good condition, label verso for The Arun Art Centre, 3 High Street Arudel West Sussex.
