Watercolour on paper showing some slight undulation so thought not to be laid down, no doubt somewhat faded but colours still fair with pinkish tones in the cottage roof and good blues in the sky, some fine scattered fox marks showing through the work most notably in the sky where there is a suggestion of some damp staining, really showing as a cloud of very fine spots, signed in the lower left corner, housed in probably the original gilt frame which has suffered some small chips and knocks, overall good condition and would benefit from light restoration.
If shipping abroad then certainly worthwhile removing the frame and glass to save cost.
