Condition:
Oil on canvas with a clear plastic form of re-lining on the back. Canvas remains tight paint would benefit from a clean. Dirt marks showing in the sky particularly at 11 o’clock. Signed in red paint lower left. Housed in what looks to be the original gilt scroll frame. Cooling gallery label verso artist inscription giving title on the back of the canvas, trace of a Christie’s stencil mark on the top stretcher.
