A Victorian mahogany open bookcase, with two adjustable shelves, W.3ft 11in. D.1ft 2in. H.3ft 3in.

Good rich even tone to the mahogany, signs of old splitting to the right hand side of the top, this runs for approx 10 inches and is partially concealed, one obvious white spot at top left and a further 6 inch thin split towards the back left corner at the top, line of ebony stringing runs through the sides at the top, all else in very good condition with no faults noted, this piece is almost certainly reconstructed from old timbers probably a section of a much larger bookcase, the top has been added as have the brass mounts, probably converted in the last 30 years or so.
