Smaller painting (further images 4 to 9) unsigned; cracquelure and evidence of shrinkage of the paint; 104 x 49cm, not including teak frame; painted on hardboard with feint pencil inscriptions, sadly no longer legible. Larger work (further images 10 to 14) not signed but labelled verso as shown; 61x122cm; unsightly dark spots to upper left corner and elsewhere reveal the hardboard ground; further flakes to oils; frame missing at left side; also on hardboard. Both inscribed in pencil (Sheila McGririck, larger dated 1962, the smaller numbered 54/59. "Due to past issues with items being damaged in transit, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer packing and posting services on picture lots in this sale. This is non-negotiable. Picture lots must be collected in person, or external packing companies can be recommended. Thank you for your understanding."
