Two Tongan hardwood war clubs, one with curved tip to the head, the other of plain tapered form, 87cm and 96cm long

Condition:
Curved club of rich reddish brown tone with rubbing to both ends, rough texturing to the underside of the war head, some rubbing and wear to the tip of the handle, the other again of good rich reddish brown tone with signs of old wear. Provenance: a private collector in East Sussex, a local deceased estate where they were collected over decades by one gentleman.
