Two Derby porcelain models of recumbent stags, c.1765, each seated before bocage with applied flowers to the bases, pad marks, the larger figure with Klaber & Klaber label, 18cm and 11.5cm, some losses and slight restoration

Larger figure of the stag has fine crazing to the glaze all over, typical losses to the flowers and leaves, there is evidence of a little bit of restoration to some of the flowers, a small firing crack underneath the tail of the stag, otherwise in good condition with no cracks, there is a small square hole at the back of the figure for a candle fitting.
Smaller figure of stag has large losses to the horns with some old restoration now flaking around the area and losses to the leaves and flowers in the bocage and a firing crack all the way round the join of the stem of the tree to the base and there is restoration to the back of the head and ears to the figures.
