Three Chinese gilt-decorated black lacquer and painted leaf fans, 19th century two fans painted to a paper leaf with figures amid pavilions and trees to both sides, the sticks with figures in gardens, 28.2 and 28.5cm long, fitted guilt-decorated lacquer cases, the third fan is decorated with cash coin motifs to the sticks and guards as well as figures and butterflies, the silk leaf is decorated with pavilions figures amid pavilions and trees to both sides, 30cm long, some damage

Condition:
The first fan has some wear to the painted decoration in places occasional scuffing to the lacquer, otherwise in good condition, its case is split and has numerous losses to the lacquer. The second fan has numerous tears and repairs to the paper leaf, some scuffing and where to the lacquer sticks, it’s case is split and has a few flake losses. The third fan has numerous stairs and messy repairs to the leaf and some where to the lacquer sticks and guards, its case is a bit split and has losses.
