Watercolour and ink on paper which is not laid down and shows some undulation, paper is clearly discoloured with a mid buff tone throughout but for the top half inch across the top of the work, colours are also somewhat faded but still retain fair differentiation, a number of small scattered fox marks as well as three pale greeny blue spots running through the windows of the building on the left, housed in a clean washline mount and slim gilt frame, labels verso for Richard Ivor Watercolours where it was sold at the World of Drawings and Watercolours, January 1991 as well as a Christie's bar code label. The work is not signed.
