Condition:
Oil on original canvas in good untouched condition but for a small puncture hole / dent below green window, dead centre of picture, canvas remains tight, paint rather dirty with one or two light surface scuffs, signed and dated lower left, housed in an old and probably white frame, title inscribed on the back of the frame, trace of a James Bourlet label on the stretcher.
