Ten volumes relating to Japan, including Japan in Days of Yore, vols III and IV, containing woodblock prints, publ. by Kyobunkwan, Tokyo 1905, three works by James S. De Benneville, retold from the Japanese originals entitled Bakemomo Yashiki, Yokohama 1921, Yotsuya Kwaidan, Philadelphia 1917 and Oguri Hangwan, Yokohama 1915, The Treaty Ports of China and Japan compiled and edited by Dennys, Hong Kong 1867 and four further volumes about old tales of Japan

On page 10 there is indeed a plan of Victoria City Hong Kong like most of the maps and plans in this book there is a slight tear where it is glued into the page, some of the maps towards the back of the book have got some reinforcement repairs to tears, the brown paper cover has been glued to the marbled paper boards, the other books in this lot all have some chipping and splits to the spines and the bound Japan in Days of Yore Vol IV, the string binding has come apart and torn slightly on the spine.
