Condition:
Some spine and corners wear, joints and hinges tender, lower joint cracked; title lt. soiled and armorial on verso partly 'shows through', city plan creased at fore-edge and cut close, o/w. reasonable copy. Extensive early ms. marginal notes first hundred or so pages, thereafter tailing off markedly; blank opposite title with lengthy biographical note, and a possibly extravagant (?) claim at front that this is the author's copy.
