List of illustrations, twelve colour plates, including illuminated title, four full-page and seven smaller illustrations, Siegle, Hill & Co., London, [1910] Note: Sangorski & Sutcliffe’s interpretations of the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam are rightly celebrated and rank amongst the firm’s finest achievements. Their almost legendary “Great Omar”, bound in an extravagant jewelled binding, was being shipped to America when it was lost aboard the RMS Titanic sinking in 1912. Francis Sangorski himself died later the same year.
