A George III mahogany eight day bracket clock with arched boxwood strung case set with three quarter stop fluted columns, with painted signed Roman dial and twin fusee movement with anchor escapement and unsigned backplate striking upon a bell, 33cm wide, 18cm deep, 52cm high,

Condition:
Overall looks to be in good condition having been restored some years ago, top ball finial to the case looks like a later embellishment or at least to have been altered to some extent and is not fixed firmly in place, brass work throughout a little oxidised, dial with some dirt marking but probably repainted at some point, working key and lock for the bezel although some signs of alteration in that area, case of polished gingery brown tone, working lock and key for back door, movement possibly associated to the case, comes with floral engraved pendulum but no winding key.
