Russian cream jug & sugar bowl.

A mid 19th century Russian 84 zolotnik silver cream jug, assay master, Edward Brandenburg, Moscow, 1858, together with a later two handled sugar bowl with decorated frieze, 1908-1917 kokoshnik mark, 13.5 oz.

The jug has one or two very minor dings to the side, otherwise in good condition with clear marks to the base.
The bowl has a few minor dings to the side of the main body. The repousse decoration around the rim is showing signs of wear in places. There appears to have senn an old repair on the top of one of the handles as there is a small hole with evidencs of silver solder. The other handle handle also has a small hole beginning to appear on the top but no signs of any solder. Marks on base clear.
