Oil on canvas board in honest untouched condition, some slight warping of the board evident and paint is rather dirty and would certainly need a clean, signed lower right, housed in a later ornate gilt scroll frame which is in good condition, Stacy Marks Gallery label verso, dated 1987.
A thin line of gold paint runs half an inch up, horizontally from the bottom left corner towards the centre of the work - looks like overspray from the framing.
