A mid 18th century panelled oak mule chest, with triple fielded panelled front, over two small drawers, width 3ft 11in.

Top faded to a pale brown tone, signs of fair wear and tear and clear separation between the two boards, loss to the tip of the extreme front right corner, rest of the carcass of the piece a better colour with a fair state of polish, old lock fitted but no key present, splitting to the side panels, unusually the base drawers are dummy drawers but look to retain the original handles, sits on its original stile feet which show signs of old worm damage.
