Image with sailing boat is on canvas and in good honest untouched condition, very slight undulation to the canvas and a little dirty, under glass in a speckle painted frame which has small losses, framers label for J. Davey & Sons of Liverpool, the other work painted on artist board showing a slight outward bulge and some dirt specking but most of which is on the glass, signature is incised in the lower right corner and rather weak, frame slightly differs from the other work but matching framers label.
