Oil on canvas which has been cleaned, restored and relined probably 20-30 years ago. Stretcher is probably a later replacement. Canvas remains tight with signs of reline showing across edges. Fine but stable craqluelure running through most of paint. Some rubbing to paint from over cleaning and possibly later retouching and probably cut down a little across bottom where flowers disappear in to frame. frame of florentine style gilt scroll example and in good condition.
Looks to be 19th century or earlier.
