Oil on original canvas in good untouched condition, canvas remains tight, paint possibly a little dirty but has been housed under glass so essentially remains in very good order, signed lower right in a mottled white moulded frame which has a few minor surface scuffs, old typed label verso with artists name and the word Frigate.
