Oil on wooden panel which shows some slight undulation, possibly in need of a light clean, a fine split showing top right running through the buildings and into the trees approx. 5in. long, signed lower left, housed in a 19th century moulded gilt frame which is a little tatty, details of the work inscribed verso along with a collectors seal mark, the crack again can be seen in the image of the backboard showing at 10 o'clock and clearly is due to the figuring of the grain of the panel.
