Condition:
Oil on original canvas in good untouched condition, canvas remains tight, paint looks a little dirty but no other faults noted, signed lower left and housed in the original gilt gesso frame which now has numerous losses from around the edges, remnants of a Bourlet & Sons label verso, along with an Exhibition / Reference number 41635. Provenance: Cornish oil Painted by Park for the vendor’s Grandfather in the early 1930’s, who knew Park and personally commissioned several works by the artist of which this is one, having been in the family ever since and not previously offered for sale or publically displayed.
