The vendor purchased these chairs from Heals, London, 31st October 1970.

All six chairs are in good solid condition and a fair state of polish, only notable faults is some differentiation in the colour, presumably where they have suffered from different degrees of sun exposure, these therefore range from an orange reddy rosewood colour down to a light almost golden brown tone on some of the cresting rails, the backs of two of the chairs are notably more faded than the others again due to light exposure, upholstery in good condition and probably original, the chairs bear numbered stickers to the underside.
