Watercolour and ink on paper which looks very flat and is thought to be laid down, ground paper is a little off colour with a buffish cream dappled tone, some scattered dirt marks and one dark line at 12 o'clock which looks to be intention though may be an old repaired tear, a very small nick in the extreme margin to the right of this but otherwise colours remain strong, housed in a later washline mount and slim gilt frame.
