Oil on wooden panel with a slightly diagonal split running downwards from just left of 12 o'clock, this has been restored and the panel has been improved with reinforcement to the back, otherwise paint looks to have been cleaned and revarnished relatively recently probably with some overpainting, 1988 label verso for Stacy Marks. Housed in a later gilt scroll frame which is in good order.
The vendor has advised it was an old London Auction house attribution, no signature or labels.
