Pencil on paper under glass and sealed around the edges in the main, loose in the frame, one or two small dirt specks but overall very good clean condition, some very light tinting with a brownish tone to the sleeves of the dresses and in the hair, signed lower left, inscription on the back giving the details Margaret Julie Way, April 1829 Age 9 1/2 Fanny Way April 29 Age 10 1/2 by J Notz Brighton
Comes with what looks to be an original now rather tatty plain gilt frame.
