Oil on original board in honest untouched condition, would benefit from a clean, one small diagonal crease mark in the top left corner, a further horizontal band mark showing across the top, may well come out in the clean, or possibly shows where it was differently framed in the past, signed and dated lower right, housed in a later plain black frame, various stamps and inscriptions verso.
