overall 71 x 115in., unmounted
Estimate £800-1,200

This work is Indian and dated 1368AH which is 1949. An impressive piece painted onto what is now faded and discoloured fabric, looks at one point to have been mounted onto a frame as the extreme edges are more creased and darker in tone but since then it has been folded up so fold marks run throughout, signed near the tail of the tiger, some rubbing, dirt and flaking to the paint.
