Cleaned and relined within the past 10 - 20 years or so, canvas has a very slight outward bulge, paint looks to be a little dirty or perhaps with slightly discoloured varnish, but otherwise appears to be in good order, signed and dated lower right, housed in an ornate gilt gesso scroll frame which is drying out and has a number of fine cracks running through it along with some flaking.
