Condition:
Oil on a fairly weaved canvas which remains tight, good clean condition but with a rather shiny varnish, housed in what looks to be the original gilt gesso frame which has numerous small losses, remnants of artist's labels verso. Rather glossy varnish but the paint looks good and not overcleaned.
