George Parsons, Bristol. A Victorian inlaid rosewood drop dial wall timepiece, with octagonal signed, painted Roman dial and unsigned tapered plate, single fusee movement, 25in.

Overall honest condition, fair colour to the case work but some losses of veneers notably to the bevelled edge at 10 o'clock, more veneer missing at 8 o'clock and splits and some losses at 1 o'clock, further nibbling to the extreme back edge at 4 o'clock, dial looks original although with a fair amount of rubbing and wear, movement a little dirty but was running at the property, left hand side case door has had the hinge relocated, and as have both hinges on the right hand side, comes with a case key and pendulum but no winding key.
