Oil on original canvas which remains tight, paint looks very dirty and would benefit from a clean but otherwise is in good order, little sign of any craquelure and no sign of any damage, signed lower left, housed in a later white painted stippled frame, inscription by the artist on the back of the canvas, possibly with a title and dated 1893.
