Oil on canvas, cleaned, relined and restored 10 - 20 years ago, canvas still tight, paint a little flattened but still with some impasto. Paint a little dirty, some fine but stable craquelure in the blue sky, retouched around the margins where the old canvas meets the reline. Later gilt scroll frame in good order, no labels of inscriptions verso.
