Garrick Palmer (b.1933) is a celebrated printmaker and wood engraver who initially also focused on painting. Studying at the RA Schools between 1955 and 1959 he was awarded the David Murray Landscape Scholarship for three years running (1955-57), the Leverhulme Scholarship (1957), the Royal Academy Gold Medal and the Edward Scott Travelling Scholarship (1958). His paintings appear rarely at auction.

Sunset image shows slight bowing outwards of the paper, but otherwise looks to be in very good condition, signed and dated lower right.
Other image equally bows out towards the middle of the work and has a few white specks towards the lower left corner, but otherwise looks to be in very good order, this one is just initialled but bears the same year date.
Both are in later mounts and matching glazed giltwood frames
