Oil on canvas, re-lined 20 to 30 years ago or so, slight undulation to canvas, paint and varnish dirty, signs of re-touching particularly around the margins, one crescent shaped scuff or tear above the rooftops on the left, further light scuffing lower down, later blue and gilt frame
