Oil on wooden panel which has a number of old cracks/splits running though it. Notably a few short horizontal cracks top left corner. A few horizontal lines running above the figure and a further crack running from the legs to the lower right side. Slight outward bulge of the panel in the middle. Paint dirty. Pencil signature and date.
