Condition:
Relined 20 or 30 years or so ago, canvas's remain tight, paint looks to have a rather discoloured yellowed varnish, some signs of small retouching probably from previous paint loss particularly in the sky, light scuffing over the tug boat in the image with the American ship, apparently unsigned, gold painted frames in fair order
