Possibly a little faded with some discolouration to the paper which has a golden yellowish tone although this may the original intention, however this colour does show around the margins so is probably discolouration otherwise colours still retaining fair strength, slight undulation showing so not laid down, signed in pencil lower right, housed in a fabric covered mount and slim gilt frame.
