Six of the capsules have visible degradation, ranging from very slight to one very severe.
Levels- The level range is from 1cm above the shoulder to approx. 1.5cm above the shoulder.

The bottles were gifted to Michael John Knatchbull, the son of Countess Mountbatten in 1945 and have been stored at Newhouse, Mersham ever since.
