Watercolour on paper which is showing some undulation so thought not to be laid down, fairly even buff tone but perhaps a hint of damp coming through, otherwise looks to be in good order with the strength of the colour of the ink still good, title and date and number lower left, housed in a old washline mount and plain oak frame, Spink and Agnew label verso, number 22289.
