Condition:
i) - Letters to From India - half blue morocco, lacking titling labels, extremities scuffed, bookplates of William C. Stuart, text to each volume tight and clean. ii)- Miss Eden’s Letters - blue cloth, spine split and almost detached, spine and corners bumped, ink ownership inscription to front fly leaf (Blanche Millar Anstie), portrait frontis spotted, tissue shadow to title, text clean. iii) - Lord Auckland - blue cloth a little spotted, fly leaves spotted, title browned, map intact, text clean iv) - Some Historical Notes on the Eden Family - vellum boards browned and scuffed, split to front edge of spine, bookplate of Lord Auckland, folding family tree at end annotated and with small close tear, spotting to some margins, three black and white portrait photographs bound in at end. Text generally clean. v) - The Glanville Family - rebound quarter cloth with stiff paper boards, renewed endpapers, bookplate of Violet Dickinson, text clean, leaf edges untrimmed.
