David Smith (British, 1930-1999), ink, wash and chalk on paper, 'Norfolk mill', signed in pencil, 28 x 76cm, unframed. Provenance; from the artists' studio. Condition - fair David Smith was born in Lowestoft and exhibited around the world. He wrote several books and travelled as an artist on the QEII, with the British Antarctic Survey and painted the lighthouses for Trinity House.
