Relined 20 years ago or so, at that time it looks to have had a fair amount of retouching most notably the cravat which looks to be a complete addition, some rubbing of the paint across the bottom, otherwise varnish looks a little discoloured and would benefit from a clean, housed in a later gold painted wooden frame.
